Unisex Anti-Blister Mid Running Socks – Black/Grey (3-Pack)

Love these, already run two half marathons in them and so comfy!

great socks, no blisters

I’ve used the black / blue coloured anti-blister socks for years, and was very happy with them. Sadly, this newer black / grey version seems to be a downgrade:

- The sizing has changed; I ordered size L again as these were a good fit previously, but these feel much tighter. I wonder if this is because they switched from a men’s specific to unisex model and tweaked the sizings at the same time.
- The inner layer does not seem to glide as smoothly against the outer layer. Whenever I put them on this always feels like it sticks and is out of place against the outer layer. I’ve also noticed more rubbing, leading to blisters once or twice, something that never happened with the old version.
- The product quality appears to have gone down, with loose threads and elastic on both the inside and outsides (see pictures). This is despite washing according to the instructions, and is not a flaw with a single pair as this has happened on multiple pairs. This raises questions over the longevity of the socks.

So overall a disappointment, to the point where I will likely look for alternative options.

I have been a fan of the runderwear pants for a while a recently tried their socks. while in general the socks seem good quality and don't rub, the two layers don't seem to be the right sizes to go together. all 3 pairs suffer the same issue which can lead to the fabric bunching and causing pinch points. will continue with there pants but will stick to other socks!

Got a heel blister on the 2nd run. The double layering of the socks makes them very warm and therefore unsuitable for those who sweat a bit more, or run in moderate heat. Disappointed.
